Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (235 mL) Vanilla Ensure® Plus Calories
  • 125 (½ cup) frozen whole strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 75 mL (⅓ cup) pasteurized liquid egg whites

How to make

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour and serve.

Tips

Refrigerate any remaining smoothie and drink within 24 hours.

To add extra calories and healthy fats to this power smoothie recipe, add 30 mL (2 Tbsp) almond butter or ground almonds.
