Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (235 mL) Vanilla Ensure® Advance
  • 250 mL (1 cup) fresh baby spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 250 mL (1 cup) fresh or frozen mango

How to make

  1. Blend spinach with Ensure® Advance first.
  2. Add fruits and blend again until smooth.

Tip

Any green leafy vegetable will work in this recipe: try kale, romaine, Swiss chard, or collard greens.
