Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (235 mL) Ensure® High Protein 16 g, Vanilla
  • 45 mL (3 tbsp) orange juice
  • 90 mL (⅓ cup) frozen pineapple chunks
  • 125 mL (½ cup) frozen mango cubes

How to make

  1. Pour Ensure® High Protein 16 g and orange juice in a blender.
  2. Add frozen fruits and blend.
