Ingredients

  • 235 mL (1 bottle) Strawberry Ensure® High Protein 12 g
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) peanut butter
  • 125 mL (½ cup) frozen strawberries (sliced) or raspberries
  • 3-5 ice cubes (optional)

How to make

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy.

Tips

For some extra vitamins and minerals while keeping the same great taste, add a handful of leafy greens in your smoothie, such as spinach or kale!
